    We have had the distinct pleasure of working with Hobbs Brook Real Estate for over ten years. HBRE has continually pushed for more progressive designs to fuel their leadership role as developers in a very competitive Rt 128 real estate market. Sustainabilty criteria have always been top-of-mind for HBRE, and we proudly continue to work with them to push their portfolio toward increasingly ambitious goals.

  • Ohio Public Schools OFCC

    Ohio Public Schools / OFCC

    Schorr Architects of Dublin, Ohio recently contacted E+AH to assist with the LEED Certification of twelve public schools in the Greater Columbus and Athens areas. Schools ranging in size from 80,000 to 120,000 square feet, and ranging in scope from building renovation to new construction, have been registered with the USGBC’s LEED v4 Building Design and Construction for Schools program. E+AH is currently coordinating LEED tasks with the design and construction teams responsible for the implementation of all schools, as well as facilities staff representing each individual school district.

  • Takeda Pharmaceuticals

    Takeda Pharmaceuticals

    Takeda Pharmaceuticals and North Star Project & Real Estate Services have partnered with E+AH on several recent interiors reconfigurations within Takeda’s growing Cambridge, MA corporate campus.

    On these projects, E+AH has provided LEED Commercial Interiors v4 support for Takeda’s most recent build-out at 20 Sidney Street and 125 Binney Street. With current projects under construction or in design at 35 Landsdowne Street and 350 Massachusetts Avenue.

    Through these projects, E+AH has had the pleasure of coordinating the LEED program with esteemed design firms Perkins Eastman and Fusion Design; as well as general contractors Siena Construction, Lee Kennedy Construction, and Wise Construction.

  • Manzo Freeman Development

    Manzo Freeman Development

    At the beginning of the COVID pandemic, the Manzo Freeman Development team wanted to use health to differentiate their buildings and instill confidence in workplace safety in their communities. Looking at their two main properties in Hudson, MA and Nashua, NH, we prepared a comparative review of LEED, WELL, and FitWel programs against proposed workplace safety measures.

  • Boston Scientific

    Boston Scientific

    Boston Scientific has entrusted E+AH with sustainability consulting responsibilities for two of their latest ground-up construction projects. The first, a 110,000 square foot executive headquarters facility in Marlborough, Massachusetts; and the most recent, an 89,000 square foot office and manufacturing facility in Spencer, Indiana.

    Both projects incorporated highly efficient building envelope and glazing systems in conjunction with modern mechanical systems to reduce energy demand. In Marlborough, a nearly 2 MW ground-mounted photovoltaic array also contributed toward a LEED NC Gold certification.

  • Nouria Energy Massport

    Nouria Energy/Massport

    Entegra partnered with Nouria Energy and Phase Zero Design to develop a state-of-the-art convenience and filling station at Boston’s Logan International Airport. This new 4,500 square foot building replaced an aging facility. Located directly adjacent to the Logan Airport Bus Terminal and Car Rental Center, the building features an energy- efficient design, and canopy mounted solar array which supplements nearly 1/3 of the building’s total electrical consumption.

    Retail amenities include a Starbucks and Meridien Food Market, which are available to the public. The project was recently completed in the Fall 2019 and achieved LEED for New Construction Retail v4 Silver Certification in June 2020.

  • Verizon Innovation Center

    Verizon Innovation Center

    As a subconsultant to the interior design firm NELSON, Entegra conducted LEED Project Administration services for two of Verizon's Executive Business Innovation Centers in Waltham, MA and San Francisco, CA. Both projects included complex audio- visual demonstration spaces which presented a challenge to the LEED program, especially from an energy management and daylighting standpoint. Entegra was also responsible for LEED Commissioning for the 201 Spear Street project.

  • PTC Global Headquarters

    PTC, Inc. Global Headquarters

    As a subconsultant to Margulies Perruzzi Architects, Entegra performed LEED Administration tasks, as well as an intial WELL and Fitwel evaluation for PTC’s new Global Headquarters, located at 121 Seaport Boulevard, Boston. This 250,000 square foot facility features state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical system controls with the goal of “complete, intuitive operational control” of building energy-related systems. This project was completed February 2019 and awarded LEED for Commercial Interiors v4 Gold in November 2019.

  • Iron Mountain Headquarters

    Iron Mountain Headquarters

    Iron Mountain has established itelf as a leader in document management services. As part of their business practices, environmental sustainability is paramount. Their new 110,000 square foot corporate headquarters in at One Federal Street, Boston recently achieved LEED CI Gold certification. The space was designed by Margulies Perruzzi Architects and completed Fall 2014.
