  • Brian Orlando Salazar, LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C, WELL AP

    For over 14 years, Mr. Salazar has been providing green building consulting and real estate development services to over three dozen clients, encompassing nearly 6 million square feet, and approximately $400 million worth of real estate across the country. As the founder and President of Entegra, Mr. Salazar is responsible for all aspects of the company’s operations, with a particular focus on business development, real estate due diligence, project management, and sustainability.

    Prior to founding Entegra, Brian was a Construction Project Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance where he oversaw $2+ million per year in construction in a territory that spanned from the company’s Back Bay headquarters to field offices in the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.

    Brian received his BA from Dartmouth College and MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He has been an active member of NAIOP for over fifteen years, having been recognized as a Developing Leader by the organization at their National Development Conference in Washington, D.C.

    Brian has also been involved with IFMA’s Boston chapter for nearly twenty years. He served as Chairperson of the Town of Andover’s Green Advisory Board from 2009 to 2018, as well as the Brooks School Alumni Sustainability Council, and has spent countless hours volunteering in both Lawrence and Andover public schools. Brian also recently served as a member of the Andover Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and The Lawrence Partnership Board of Advisors.

  • Tyrone Yang, AIA, Ph.D, WELL AP, FitWel Ambassador

    With expertise in architecture and research psychology, Tyrone Yang takes a human-centered approach towards planning and designing healthy environments for knowledge-work organizations.

    Tyrone graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2002. He also has a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University.

    Previously, he worked as a designer and project manager at Butz + Klug, Rizvi Architects and Moshe Safdie Associates on projects ranging from carefully crafted residences to larger, 50,000 - 100,000 square-foot work environments and an overseas resort complex.

    Tyrone’s academic involvement includes classes in psychology and research methods at the University of Virginia; and classes on human factors in sustainable architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He also worked as an affiliate researcher and course collaborator at the City Science / Changing Places group at the MIT Media Lab. Currently, he teaches Environmental Design Research at the Department of Architecture at Roger Williams University.

    Tyrone is a licensed architect and member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects, where he co-chaired the Small Practices Network. His credentials include being a WELL Accredited Professional, FitWel Ambassador and LEED Accredited Professional. As a WELL Mind concept advisor, Tyrone advises on the translation of scientific research into design recommendations for the Mind concept of the WELL Building Standard version 2.
